Singing

Today is the last day of singing in Term 1. It was so fun and Whaea Reawyn is the best teacher ever who managed choir. Some of the songs that we sang was:

I am very glad that I chose  that passion.

D MIC Maths

In D Mic maths on Tuesday we got a new problem to solve.In my group was Ryan, Kineka,Chloe an Me. The same mentor came in that came in two or three weeks ago she is so kind and smart.This is what we done.

The mysterious man

What the story is about:

This is about a girl Allanah and she walked with her best friend every night, but before she went she had a weird feeling she never had before going out. As she and her friend walked at 10:00 pm at night around a corner where nobody was she just got this really strong feeling to look behind her and saw somebody hiding away she thought it was her imagination so she walked on then she got goosebumps and shivers down her back. She look around and saw a man this time she saw him going in the small gap and hid there.Then her friend kept on saying come on when they walked into a passage in the streets her friend got shivers and then both of them saw a man walking really fast behind them chasing them they ran around the corner and ran into a man who walked home with them.

Reflection on Tuesday

So on Tuesday was the big day to present our game to two other groups and they did the exacted same to us.

We were presenting our game witch is Football.


The modifications we made was

If your team scores a goal then your team gets to nominate one player from the opposite team to wait on your side or behind, while they are waiting there their group has to try and kick the ball to the player and if they catch it on a full then they can run back and join in the game. The aim of the game is that the team with more players still playing is the winning team.

10 minutes per round and the team the last playing wins a point for their team.

If you kick the ball above the shoulders/neck you are obviously out or you have to go on the opposite team’s side and wait for someone to kick you the ball.

6 aside

You are allowed to touch the ball by defending it or taping it away from you that’s the only time you’re allowed to touch the ball.

No Shoving players

If the ball goes out by your team then hand over the ball to the other team.
No pushing or tripping the other team.

Things that went well was how everyone gave it their best and everyone presented their game and was not afraid to present it or what other will think about it.

Things we will do better next time is to make the game more fun and explain it better maybe to stop screaming and to listen better.

The difference between the groups we presented it to was he first group did not listen a lot did not use their integrity adn did not really play much but tried their best.

The second team listened better and tried their best.

Am i a leader?

Yes i think i am cause i smile even in the difficult times, i am approachable,I am  confident but are never afraid to ask for help or support.

What does PE stand for?
Well PE stands for Physical Education.

Why is PE important for us?
Physical education in high school is essential to the development of reflexes. Hand-eye coordination is improved, as well as good body movements, which helps in the development of a healthy body posture.Physical education teaches students the importance of physical health.

Is PE necessary for us and must  we do it?
Well no you don't but in school it is very important to stay healthy and fit.

How can i get fit?
By just doing fitness for 15 min. every morning before starting with school is very good as it gets blood flowing and gets you all charged for the day.

What fitness can i do for year 7/8?
30 star jumps
10 bur pees 
15 squats 
20 ski jumps
20 high knees
20 but kicks 
20 orange dancing
Run around a netball court 2 times
Side steps around the court 2 times while swinging your arms 
Skip around the court 2 times to make it fun try to sing this as loud as you can 
La la la la la la sing a happy song la la la la la la sing the whole day long.
